CANCELLATIONS
If User cancels the event more
than 180 days prior to the scheduled
date of the event, then the initial
deposit will be forfeited. If
User cancels the event 61-180
days prior to the scheduled date
of the event, then User will
pay 50% of the stated Use Fee.
If User cancels the event within
60 days of the scheduled date
of the event, then User will
pay 100% of the stated Use Fee.
All cancellations must be received
in writing to be considered valid.

APPROVED VENDORS
The
Facility is available for use
only by caterers on the Approved
Vendors List who have signed
a written agreement with Owner
regarding use of the Facility.

SECURITY
One security guard is required for every 100 guests. Security is required to
be in place ½ hour before guests arrive and ½ hour after the ending
time of the event to assist with the departure of guests. The rate for each security
guard shall be $25.00 per hour.

CLEANING & DAMAGE
DEPOSIT
A $500 cleaning and damage deposit is required in addition to the
rental fee. User assumes all liability for items damaged, broken
and/or removed from the Facility. If User delivers the Facility
to Owner in the condition required, then a full refund of the Cleaning & Damage
Deposit will be made within thirty (30) days after the date of
the event.

ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES
A licensed caterer or alcoholic beverage provider must be used for
the service of all alcoholic beverages.
