UP AVAILABILITY
User shall be allowed access
to the Facility beginning 4
hours prior to the scheduled
beginning time of the event.
DECORATIONS
This is a historical building with brick and plaster walls. All
proposed decor arrangements must be submitted two weeks prior
to date of the event to the venue manager.
PARKING
Complimentary parking spaces are available in designated areas only. Facility
is not responsible for theft or damage to any vehicle or its
contents.
SOUND SYSTEM
The use of amplification must comply with all state, county and
local ordinances and regulations. Amplified music outside
the Facility is not allowed past Midnight.
FIRE SAFETY
Facility is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted
outside the facility in designated areas only.
There is a "no open flame" policy inside the Facility.
ANIMALS
No live animals of any kind are permitted at the Facility without
prior written approval from the venue manager.
